tenjin & festa
today was the "contract signing ceremony" in yoshizuka (fukuoka city). lisa and i caught the (right!) train there this time. the funny thing is, you don't sign contracts at the contract signing ceremony. you just stand up and bow and then sit down... maybe about 3 or 4 times. that's about it! it took us almost 2 hours to get there but the ceremony was over in 45 minutes =) after that, we caught the subway to tenjin. the tenjin subway station is so cool! it's like an underground mall with restaurants and bakeries too. we ate at this place called festa garden which was all you can eat and drink for about 2700 yen ($25) for women and 3100 ($29) for men. the buffet was pretty good and we don't really know how to mix any drinks but it is only a self-service bar so we had some fun experimenting :) after that, we caught the subway to hakata and then the JR train back to yukuhashi.
