cooking class IV

had cooking class this past saturday at the racoon teacher's house.. i mean the teacher with the lantern wielding stuffed racoon ;)
we made seared ahi salad, hayashi rice, and this tofu dish with a mushroom sauce. i don't know if i can make these things on my own again, but it was good!
