nothing much...

going on. didn't update for a while cuz there wasn't anything exciting to report. we are going skiing this weekend though! in hiroshima, cool! i haven't been skiing since that time we went to pasadena for the rose bowl parade. that was... junior year of high school. i don't really remember how to ski. last time i went, i remember i only went down the mountain twice because my face was so cold i couldn't stand it. then i hid out in the cafe and had soup in a bread bowl. oh yeah, and the second (last) time i went down that mountain, i was doing good, and got that turning action down, but i think i got a little cocky and over did it and my ski came off and i rolled down the mountain! well hope i do better this time..

at toyotsu today on a wednesday which is unusual since i usually have kanda every wednesday. i'm supposed to be working on my lesson plan for tomorrow but i have yet to figure out what to do. hmm... and i also have this re-contracting problem because i can't decide whether or not to recontract and stay another year.. some tough decisions coming up. if i stayed, i could learn more japanese, and travel, and save some money for my life after JET. on the other hand, i really miss being at home, and having lots of friends and family around. and this japanese winter is torture. but then i'll have to find a job if i go home..hmmm... not sure how i feel about teaching. i like the students and i don't mind teaching but i don't enjoy making lesson plans. rrr... well, i'll keep you posted about my decision. i need to make it by the end of this month so i have what?.. a week and a half left! not panicking yet, but soon...!
