allez cuisine!

hehe... it's finally here! my new shun santoku knife, designed by my favorite tv celeb, alton brown. featuring damascus patterned steel, angled handle for optimal control, and the sharpest blade you can get in a commercial knife. *sigh* just awesome. arrived in the mail today.. used it tonight to cut veggies for a salad, and an orange. how was it? like cutting a cloud.
