cooking class II

cooking class again! this is at the tanuki teacher's house for those of you who remember our furry friend. we made chirashi zushi (sushi rice), port & shrimp shumai, salmon stuffed tofu, miso soup with pumpkin in it, and a strawberry dessrt. it was good! i couldn't even finish it all. don't know if you can see, but i made those hasu flowers on top of the chirashizushi. the teacher assigned me to do it and showed me how. it took a long time, but i think it looked cool =)
