last cooking class

this saturday was the last cooking class. last time i'll see that stuffed tanuki by the front door ;(
we made lots of interesting .. controversial maybe... things this time. first we have natto soba.. yeah... so i had mine without natto. i helped chop up the natto though... kusai! we also made a goya (bittermelon) salad, which was actually pretty good and not bitter at all, and a roasted pork & pineapple dish. oh, and tako rice! that was good. i made some instant haupia too, and i think they liked it. gonna miss that cooking class!
